Furr-Angels (customers) can return purchased item(s) for a refund, exchange or store credit.

Furry Treats Co accept returns for up to 30 days from the original purchase date.

Items returned beyond 30 days may not qualify for a refund, exchange or store credit.

Returned items (packaging) must be unopened and in original condition as Furry Treats Co cannot offer refunds, exchanges or store credits on treats or any edible items that have been opened due to strict health policies.

The customer is responsible for the cost of returning an item(s), unless an incorrect item was provided. Once Furry Treats Co receives the return item(s) it will be reviewed and either a refund, exchange or store credit will be provided.

At our discretion, a refund, store credit may be issued without requiring a return.
